Why we exist
Restoration software was never built for the restorer.
Our founder spent 20+ years in residential restoration — water losses at 2 a.m., fire jobs that ran for months, mold scopes that got picked apart line by line. Long enough to see the same pattern in every tool the industry was sold.
Albiware, Encircle, DASH — capable products, all of them. But look closely at what each one optimizes for and you find the same thing: the carrier's workflow. Faster file review for the adjuster. Cleaner documentation for the desk. The contractor does the typing; the carrier gets the benefit.
